Useless TELKOM INSURANCE

Telkom insurance is bad ,I lost my phone on the 02/05/2024 send them all the documents they needs but everyday they send email saying I must send the documents .even today I didn't receive my phone. 31/05/24 I don't recommend any of my family or friends to have these useless insurance of TELKOM
