Useless Telkom

Telkom's service is really the worst ever, we are more off than on, when you phone in, no one can tell why or what is happening, this is the 2nd time in 2 months that we have been off for a week and more. According to the agent, no one in my area has reported this non existent connection? From all our groups in Hartbee****rt Dam, every one is complaining that there Telkom ADSL and land lines are off! Really Telkom? Maybe you should invest in agents that actually tell your clients the truth, and people who actually want to "REALLY WORK" for there salary! this is frustration with no limitation! We have to log onto our cell phones to be able to work, and that cost's so much more? I dont see you actually compensating your clients with any money or better service at all. it is pathetic and unfair.

and for refund on your accounts for the days you did not provide service, its also a big shame, we loose thousands per day, and you just dont care
