Useless Telkom

Telkom together with Mondo they are a very useless combination. I took a contact in November, it includes data and a Wi-Fi router. Wi-Fi router has never worked since then. I have called more than 50 times still no assistance yet they are debiting my account every month. What kind of nonsense is this.
