Useless Telkom

I've paid up my account on 14 January 2024 and awaiting a paid up letter from Telkom. Telkom agents just knows how to lie. Today 3 February I'm being notified that I need to wait for my invoice before they can send me the letter which I'm waiting for, for nearly 3 weeks.
