Useless Telkom, do not allocate my payments!

About to cancel my LTE! I have paid my monthly amount consecutively and on time. They have not allocated all payments made. Useless trying to log a ticket on either the app or the website. Accounts useless, I keep sending proof of payments from 3 months back. A grossly unsuitable telecom, so please stay away, do not ever support this useless giant.
