USELESS TELKOM!

Telkom is useless! I need an Invoice from July 2024 but no one can assist me! The Debt Company that they work with NUDEBT is also just as useless!! Please assist me with a July 2024 invoice. Systems always off and no one to talk to. Everything is self service. I have been struggling the whole day to talk to someone with no luck. Can anyone assist please!!!!! ***
