Useless Telkom Consultants and Service

This is the most trying experience to have. I called Telkom to have 2 add ons cancelled as i did not request for them. This has been going since December 2022. On Monday 15 May i called and the consultant stated that this would be done in 24 hours. 17 May i called to check so that i could pay the correct amount. After 8 calls i have shunted around with no one having any idea what i was talking about. The billing section refers you to Sales and this goes on. I then asked the last consultant by name of TABITHA to call her manager. She claims he is busy. So i ask that he calls me back. I then give her my number. I ask to repeat it. She cuts the call. Shame on Telkom and its consultants.
