USELESS TELKOM - CANT EVEN CANCEL A CONTRACT

since October 2018 we have been trying to get feedback for a cancellation with Telkom - that is 11 months of frustration, pointless calls, unanswered emails and useless agents.

as the leading ISP of RSA, they are absolutely ***********!!!! has zero customer service and all outlets are completely useless regarding billing queries.

This is the final straw, Telkom. URGENTLY CONTACT ME!!!
