Useless telkom can't even activate a device from a new sale.

After numerous cable thefts at my business I have decided to port to telkoms wireless voice service. Number is ***. BIG MISTAKE. I went directly to the store gateway in gateway. I dealt with *** She assured me that the device would activate in 3 days. It has been almost 2 weeks now and the device is still not activated. She said if it does not activate to email her. Emailed vezip twice.. No response.. called telkom 3 times. No one can help me. Telkom truly is a waste of time..
