Useless Telkom

I have a pocket router that doesn't even work in the area that I'm in but because of contractual agreements i pay for it anyway so now what irritates me is that my monthly debit just went from R139 to R480 with no reason and no communication. Can i please be refunded my money back because calling your call center is useless aswell I was put on hold for an entire hour, how pathetic!
