USELESS TELKOM

I upgraded my Contract with Telkom in November 2022, i took the double deal special with the Samsung A33 x2, I received 1 device in December and still haven't received my 2nd device, even though I am being charged for 2 devices, I phone Telkom every day and no one can tell me what's going on, Telkom is the most useless company i have ever dealt with, They even won't allow me to cancel the contract.
