Useless Telkom

After trying them for the first time i received very poor service from telkom, countless call with no help, driving around different telkom shops all day and no one can assist, just to chang a simple tarrif plan no one knows what to do, i register my sim and they took my R100 and yet they can't help. I will never recommend anyone to use telkom. *** what a useless network please stay away
