Useless telkom business

It's been more than a month I logged a call for a star fault. Everytime I call for follow ups, am told reference number cannot be traced. I've spent hours and hours of my minutes trying to get this useless business to sort my issue.

Now, recently they've said the call was closed...but the pole is still standing on my driveway.

Do I devise means to remove it myself now?
