Useless telkom billing department

First they over debited me, then I reverse the extra charges and they lock my service for 3 days, then they offer me an upgrade which I signed for and got just to find out I didn't qualify for the upgrade and I've benn cut off every month. Now they have handed me over to nudebt that is harassing me yet my account is Upto date. Pathetic and totally useless network
