Useless Telkom Billing And Call Centre Agents

Telkom has the worst billing and call center departments. I've been struggling for almost a year with Telkom to get my billing issue sorted out I was billed for a device I do not have and my account was sent to NuDebt Management (Idiots) who have blacklisted me for money I do not owe and Telkim confirms that I do not have the device yet they still claim that I owe them. And every time I call the call center agents drop the phone in my ear a d refuse to transfer me to their team leaders

Please help or give me someone to contact that will be able to help me.
