Useless Telkom

I cancelled my contract with telkom in December 2020 at a telkom shop in Alberton but every month they still debit from my account. Every month I get statements that I'm owing them. Today I managed to get through to their call center and the lady who was assisting me told me she doesn't see any contract cancellation that was made in December.
