Useless Telkom

Worst experience EVER!!!! I lost my sim card in February. Asked them to stop the sim card from being used but they said that the system's are down. Went back countless times and the same thing. Then eventually I could do a sim swap then they said after 30mins the SIM will work and that was on the 29th March. Till today 12 April it's not working. I asked to cancel the contract and they cannot cancel it due to systems being down .I am.being billed for a service that I am not even receiving. And haven't been receiving since February..I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!!!
