Useless Telkom

For the past 5 days I have been trying to purchase a Telkom data bundle via my online banking platform. Keeps on giving me Technical error, please try again later. Phoned their customer service, what a disaster. Telkom customer service could not get me the data bundle. I am so not continuing with Telkom.
