Useless Telkom as usual

Pathetic service as usual. My ADSL line is down for almost 2 weeks. All they can advise is the charge if it's the cable or some nonsense trying to deny the fault is theirs. i've been phoning and smsing, to no avail. It's just terrible how we need to rely on these useless service providers, who cannot even give me an estimate time of when they can come out to fix the problem. just keep giving new reference numbers because they cannot find my original complaint, and say they will sms the reference and i never get it. this time i asked the consultant to read it out to me
