Useless Telkom as always

Pathetic service from Telkom. We were called a month ago to decide on what package we require as telkom is now doing away with landlines n now having wireless phones. No one has called me upto now. Telkom has not even inforned me that a courier company will deliver the phone. Tbe phone was delivered and suddenly our landline is dead. A call was logged with Telkom yesterday but have not dispatched an engineer upto now. How should my old mum cope without a phone and secondy trust just anyone coming here to drop off a phone. If you dial our landline number it sounds as though we are calling from a cellphone as it is asking one to leave a message. How does one leave a message when the damn line is dead n the wireless phone is not even installed.
