Useless Telkom and openserve

Telkom fibre through openserve is absolutely useless. I have ordered fibre installation through Telkom weeks ago. Firstly no proper communication from either Telkom or Openserve and aventually when telkom/ openserve arrived the technician was rude and definitely not in the mood to do his job. Excuses after excuses. It seems like both companies does not need the business. If anyone wants new fibre installation skip both companies. They suck and is utterly useless
