Useless Telkom and LIT is a lie.

Horrible service. I have been waiting now fpr 11 months for Telkom to activate my 2GB TI sim that was supposed to work with my Telkom LIT 10GB bundle. Latest call logged 9/11/2018 and I was told last week Friday someone would contact my before EOB. 7 days later and nothing... Call is still only showing as logged on their system. When can we got some help from the company that take R800 a month and still can't be bothered to do their job?? Ref# **********
