Useless Telkom and Finrite Administrators

Telkom and their insurer Finrite Administrators, don’t even deserve a star, we sent a phone for repairs in June 2020, to repair the phone we were quoted R2800, after some time they sent SMS and said the access fee is R2000, which we refused to pay and requested to have the phone back and we were charged R180 because the evaluated the phone, which we paid, and they said they will contact us to come and collect the phone months have gone by and there is no respond, today 5 months in we went to Telkom Vaal Mall, the phone is still not yet back, the store manager tried to call Finrite Administrators and they don’t answer the phones no one at Telkom can seem to assist all the manager told us today was to send another email to Finrite Administrators, for 5 long months we been paying for a device that is not even around to be used and on top of we continue to pay for insurance Telkom is just happy to take and pocket the money and doing nothing to return the device
