Useless Telkom always useless

I would never recommend Telkom contracts to anyone- they debuted my account on Friday regardless of the fact that my debit order date is not the 29 then my service is suspended and I can’t get hold of them the entire weekend and today. I have been holding for over an hour and then it just hangs up... why debit me if my account is going to be suspended I’m annoyed and would never recommend this service provider to anyone
