Useless telkom agents

<p>Ive been trying to get my adsl line released into the holding pool for my new provider to take over my line(webafrica) for the past month. Every single person ive spoken to has promised me a callback to get this sorted but this hasnt happened.i was advised it will take 21 working days to be contacted but im still waiting. Ive been on live chat, unhelpful. Call centre,unhelpful. Social media facebook page"your query is being attended to" , but no feedback.im at my utter wits end stressing over this. Telkom will probably expect me to pay another month of service which i am not because i have sent my forms through 1 month ago. I just need my adsl line released, thats it. Landline ********** 649</p>
