USELESS TELKOM AGAIN !! NO INTERNET FOR A WEEK

I have been with out internet acess for over a week now and i reported a fault and still damn tech has came through,i dont believe this really and i will billed for the time without this is utter bull really ....send me a flipping tech asap or i will disconnect and seek a LAN elsewer!! I called many times and no one responds !!!!
