Useless telkom adsl service

I am disappointed that such a big company cannot resolve my internet issues. I have been having connection ptoblems for the past 4 months (give or take) i have a 10mb uncapped adsl and My internet connection keeps on dropping or loosing connectiin. As soon as i pick up my phone to call to log a fault, the internet reconnects. This is not the internet service that i am paying for. I also have 4 telkom cellphone contracts and we use the home internet to connect and this now impacts on my data usage for the phones. The only thing Telkom does is log a call. They do not give feedback on what went wrong and why this keeps on happening or what can be done that i can have the full service that i am paying for.
