Useless Telkom

Telkom Parow Centre and Telkom N1 City plus Telkom themselves are completely and totally useless. I tried migrating my Cell from Vodacom to Telkom. Telkom Parow Centre just gave me the run around so I didn't persue the matter. I went to Telkom Direct At N1 City for a FLLA phone. I wasn't given full information and now am sitting with a useless phone. Cannot access any of their numbers for more information and help. Even to Telkom no go. What must a person do? I WILL NOT MIGRATE FROM VODACOM TO TELKOM.
