USELESS TELKOM

Have no internet now for more a week. Telkom keep closing my queries without solving them. I have 4 ref numbers already and no service. They are becoming the worst supplier for ADSL. Totally not committed to assisting their clients to solve internet issues but you have to pay for the service! You phone they only say there is nothing wrong on their side. I even had a technician coming out and check on my side and their is nothing wrong but Telkom will not assist in fixing THEIR side of the problem. TOTALLY USELESS!!
