USELESS TELKOM!!!

We subscribed to a promotion fibre uncapped deal for 24 months during lock down. The promotion advertised R699 per month including free installation, free LIT TV Box, and 3 months free subscription. We never got the free TV Box, and was billed from the first month(May) R1430.61, June R999.01, July R236.39. And surprisingly the new statement for August R999.01 again. After numerous emails, phone calls and visit to the Telkom store, we still haven't received any response from Telkom. I think the only solution will be to cancel my debit order.
