Useless Telkom

Telkom network has been down since Lockdown, I need to work but I cannot before my internet doesn’t work!! I’ve had to buy data every day so that I can do some work. No one answers when you call Telkom, I’ve actually cancelled one of the contracts I have with them this morning, I want to cancel the other but need to know what the penalties will be!!!
