Useless Telkom

What an absolute useless business. No one can assist you and zero logic from their agents. They don’t even want to help you. Their emails go unanswered and even complaints are ignored. I have been paying for a fibre service to which I have no acces. And I cannot cancel as they then charge me a penalty. And did I say no agents interested jn helping you solve an issue. A warning to all, stay away from Telkom!!!!!
