Useless Telkom

Its been 5 months now trying to get hold of the telkom call centre and all l do is listen to the voicemated machine for more than 30mins with no one picking up and every time l call its always having a high call volume. Telkom totally has no customer care at all. Call centres are working on skeleton staff so where is Telkoms staff coz there seem to be no one to answer any calls at all. Since April l havent had my data loaded and they very quick to debit my account.
