Useless telkom

If I could, I would give them zero stars. My landline and wifi has been off for 8 days now. I have phoned and complained multiple times, but I'm still waiting for them to do something about it. Extremely disappointed in Telkom and the horrible service or should I say the lack of service. Absolutely useless.
