Useless Telkom

App**** for an LTE contract with an external sales rep at Telkom and was approved. I was given 7 days to deposit the installation fee. I was given a very long ref number to use. Tried paying via eft, bank deposit, atm deposit, Shoprite, Pick n pay and post office and none of these could take the ref number even at a telkom shop. the sales rep who assisted me spoke to his manager named cindy who also could not give me a solution. All i simply wanted was to pay but Telkom gve me a run around and they then have the odesity to send me a message telling m that the contract has been cancelled due to non payment of the installation fee. Telkom is totally useless and im so dissapointed in their service.
