Useless Telkom

I am forced to rate this company in order to proceed however if it was up to me it will be a zero. Please do not take a cellular contract with this company . There account’s systems are useless and after debiting your account will still go and terminate your line and you will have to wait for 10 days before they re connect you. This is what happen to me . They never called for a debit in December and then loaded the December amount onto January 24 and then debited me on the 25 Jan and then terminate me on the 27Jan. When I called customer care and asked what the hell is going on they keep quiet and can do nothing about it . I asked for the supervisor Nituli he hasn’t responded to my emails to date and despite having red : *** and going into a telkom store yesterday at Westwood mall I was told there’s nothing they can do proof of entry to telkom watered was ticket number 17. This company is useless and dos not care about its customers but they get attorneys to continue harassing you daily for payment when they don’t debit you timeously and then inconvenience you with suspending your line. Please please people do not take out a telkom contact no matter how nice it seems financially .The mess ups to come will be worst .
