Useless TELKOM

Very disappointed. I called in telkom on Friday morning to cancel my contract, I held the call for 45 minutes without an answer. Saturday morning I went to the centurion mall branch to see if they can assist. I was told that they no longer do cancelation at the store. They advertised me to call telkom, I told them they must call the back office. I was again on a call for 30 minutes plus and when I ask the consultant what is happening she told me that the people from the back office are working from home and they are telling them that with loads loadsheding they take time. To my surprise is that loadsheding only stated friday afternoon so what exactly are they talking about. Right now I am uncle to cancel my c9ntract to for the billing date. TELKOM IS REALLY USELESS.
