Useless Telkom

I wish there was an option for 0. I've been on the phone now for 25min waiting to speak to a consultant. I have 1.5gig data which I can not use. I had to load a chat bundle to be able to post this. They are useless. I've requested several call backs but nothing happens. Telkom customer pay through their ears for a useless service. Can someone please wake them up to give better customer service. I do not wish to use a robot service but to speak to an actual person to sort out why I can't use my data. Have they even looked at why their call volumes are so high? Because of useless service. Some people give up eventually holding the line. Do better. You aren't Eskom!!!!
