Useless Telkom

As usual I have to revert to Hellopeter to get a response from Telkom. I have been trying to cancel our Telkom Wi Fi services since 10 February 2023 without any joy. I have done this online as suggested by Telkom. I then tried it again keep on sending e-mail’s and (72) phone’s call later with any success. I try at Telkom Mall @ Reds they are keeping sending me to the Centurion branch.

This morning for the fourth time I went to Centurion Mall to see somebody there, He check it on the system!!!! I was greeted with the words “YOU HAVE TO PAY” R2999.01 so that they can cancelled my contract. I went furious from the time that I took out the contract in January my Wi fi was working for 9days in total after I made 19 phone call to get technical support to get my Wi fi to be worked. So tried phoning Telkom but kept on been cut off or sent in circles by call centre staff to different departments. NEVER USED TELKOM THE SERVICE IS USELESS AND EVEN WORSE THEN ESKOM!
