USELESS TELKOM

Telkom's customer service is one of the worst services ever, I have a contract with Telkom they suspended my account due to non-payment but when I check my account it's all up to date with the payments. It's been more than a week now and no help from them and the problem is still not been solved. I will never again take a contract with them. THEY ARE USELESS!
