Useless Telkom

Oh my word, Telkom mobile service has to be considered for an award for not know what the hell is happening. They have never debited my account for the correct amount since the contract started. they then suspend me, then i make payment, the payment will then take 3 weeks to reflect on their side.

Everytime i think my account is up to date, they somehow find an amount that still needs to be paid.

joining the Telkom family is 1 of my greatest regrets.
