Useless Telkom

<p>I app**** for a Telkom business ADSL Line. Telkom sent me an sms confirming they will come do the installation on the 26th August . Then they sent me an sms again the day before the installation date to say it is a morning installation, please keep a copy of your id ready. I got to the office early and cancelled all my appointments to see clients for the day so that i could accomodate Telkom. Waited all day and noone arrived. When i called them they said the technician was out at the exchange but there was no port available for my line. They wasted my entire day without having the decency to keep me informed. However, they were very quick to take my deposit. I have called them again and been told that someone woud contact me to set another date for installation and still nothing has happened. Telkom are pathetic. Last year i app**** for a line for another business round about November 2016. I opened my store in December 2016 and closed the store down in May2017 but never got my telephone line. Again, they held my deposit for months.</p>
