Useless Telkom...

Telkom are usless,they are just waisting all your airtime on an so called " just hold the line " reason. I have phoned 4 times in one week,everytime the same story. Log an Call and an somebody will come and fix the problem. Nobody came but everytime i get an sms that say problem resolved. They did not even try to phone me when they apperently came to my house to fix the problem. Sitting now for almost 8 - 10 days without internet but is going to have to pay the full amount at the end of month.
