Useless Telkom

<p>I am now really sick and tired of Telkom and their million reasons not to refund me. Month in and month out money is being deducted from my account with no negotiations but when it's time to return the favour there has to be disputes. I want my money and I am too tired of explaining the same thing to different tele-agents who don't seem to be trained well to refer back to previous incidents when dealing with customer problems. Every time I call I get the same old excuse we couldn't get hold of you when I have clearly stated I cannot take calls on my cell during work hours and have provided my work number. I AM VERY ANGRY, disgruntled and disappointed customer
