Useless Telkom

<p>I app**** for a Telkom Landline and ADSL 4 weeks ago. After not getting any correspondance from them after a week, I went into the store only to be told that my application was never processed. Once it was eventually processed, I received a sms with a date and time for the installation. The technician arrived only to tell me that he cant install the landline as the box is in someone elses yard and he cant gain access. </p> <p>I then went to the neighbours and got their telephone number so that Telkom can make an appointment with them, as they work and it can only be done after hours. Since then I have received 3 sms messages to inform me that a Telkom technician is booked to install the landline. I am still waiting. </p>
