Useless Telkom

I have had an issue with Telkom for years now due to ***** being done on my account - this is now affecting my credit score and profile. This monopoly is bullying us consumers. This bill has been on my name and I have queried it on numerous occasions but no one ever does anything about it. I am reporting them to the NCR and The National consumer authority for their blatant disregard and disrespect for people.
