Useless telkom

How the **** can a usless company like telkom exist in this god forsaken country, i have a 10mb line and every week i have to log a call to fix the line it runs at 0.2mb and no one at telkom seems to know what to do about it, the word useless doesnt even deserve to be mentioned in the same sentence as telkom
