Useless Telkom

<p>We took out a subscription with telkom for internet in April 2016. What a colossal mistake this has been. We have had nothing but pathetic and often times no service. And then they have the audacity to send an sms reminder that the monthly payment is about to fall due when we haven't had service for a month now. I often work from home and this is just unacceptable. They are always "blowing smoke", making empty promises and the person on the other side of the line is mostly *********** and couldn't give a damn. Does Telkom not realise that a contract is a two way street and that in as much as we have agreed to pay they have agreed to provide a servi in exchange, therefore they are in breach of this contract. And don't waste your time going into one of their offices, it is even worse. What a useless bunch. Telkom would have to walk on water before I would consider renewing this contract when it expires. I am so done with them. I will tell everyone about my bad expreinces and there are many and discourage people from taking a contract with Telkom. My brother in law has had the same experience and no one at Telkom gives a damn.</p> <p> </p>
