Useless Telkom

I have requested a line move 3 weeks ago, after numerous emails eventually received a call back telling me to wait, still to date Im waiting for this to happen. Was given a reference number but when I search it on there website it says this does not exist..... My application had been "lost" 3 times. I did not receive my full package as discussed, and when I queried was told the promotion had ended, but the person who assisted me in the store showed me an old brochure. It has been nothing but endless issues with Telkom.....
