Useless Telkom

I have been trying to cancel a contract since 24 July 2018. Telkom is so useless they cant process the request. I have been calling every week to get an update and all that gets done is an email gets sent to another department and you hear noting back. Telkom's process is useless - the system is useless - the staff just pass the buck. I will never do business with Telkom ever again
